Asian Doll

Asian Doll was born Misharron Jermeisha Allen and was raised in Dallas's Park Row area. She grew up in a family of four children, with her father, Michael Allen, in and out of prison while her mother, LaKeithia Lewis, raised the children. She attended Skyline High School before leaving during the 12th grade to pursue music.

Allen has described growing up amid poverty and has discussed her experiences in her music. Her first run-in with the law occurred when she was 12 years old.

Asian Doll began her music career with the release of Da Rise of Barbie Doll Gang Empire in December 2015. She followed it with projects including Drippin in Glo, Project Princess Vol. 1, OuttaSpace, Kill Bill, Vol. 1, and Doll SZN.

In June 2018, she became the first female artist signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 Eskimo Records. Her first project with the label was So Icy Princess, followed by UNFUCCWITABLE and Fight Night in 2019. She left 1017 in January 2020 and released Doll SZN Reloaded independently later that year.

Asian Doll changed her stage name to Asian Da Brat in 2019 to distinguish herself from other artists using the name Doll. She explained that the name referred to Bratz dolls, although Asian Doll remained the name most commonly associated with her career.

Asian Doll released the 20-track album Let's Do a Drill on July 22, 2022. The project included collaborations with drill artists such as Bandmanrill, 2rare, Dougie B, Ivorian Doll, Kyle Richh, Jenn Carter, Miah Kenzo, Sosa Geek, and Velly Osama. She also worked with fellow Texas rapper Tay Money on the song "Down South."

She released the single "Come Outside" in November 2022 before issuing Let's Do a Drill 2 on February 24, 2023. Also called Let's Do a Drill 2: Solo Edition, the 12-track project contained a feature on only one track. Her studio albums also include Da Hardest Doll, released in 2024.

Asian Doll built a substantial social media following alongside her music career, with her online persona and viral freestyles contributing to her visibility in hip-hop. Her musical influences include Nicki Minaj, whom she has identified as her biggest inspiration and dream collaboration.

Her recorded collaborations have included PnB Rock, Bhad Bhabie, YBN Nahmir, Rich The Kid, A$AP Ferg, City Girls, Blueface, and Lil Mister. Lil Mister also produced several of her songs. She was cast in the Zeus Network reality series Baddies season 5, also known as Baddies Caribbean.

Asian Doll was in an on-and-off relationship with rapper King Von, and the two also collaborated on the song "Pull Up." After Von died in 2020, she discussed experiencing depression connected to his death and appeared on Peace of Mind with Taraji to talk about the loss. She has six tattoos dedicated to him, according to coverage of her tributes.

Her relationship with King Von has remained a prominent part of her public story. She has also been described as having previously been close friends with Cuban Doll, though their relationship later became the subject of public disputes.

Asian Doll was arrested in New York City in June 2018 after a fight and was released a few hours later. In September 2020, she was arrested in Georgia on drug charges and released on bond four days afterward.

She was arrested again in Douglas County, Georgia, in October 2022. The arrest involved failing to appear in connection with the 2020 charges, driving 20 miles per hour over the speed limit, and not having a valid Texas driver's license.
