Kyle Richh

Kyle Richh grew up in Brownsville, Brooklyn, in a family with Nigerian roots. His father introduced him to rap by playing music from Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G., helping shape his early interest in hip-hop.

He has a younger sister. In an October 2022 interview, he discussed having a strained relationship with his father, whom he associated with a style of tough love, while describing a closer relationship with his mother and sister.

Kyle Richh began writing music at the age of seven and started recording during the COVID-19 pandemic. He finished high school and enrolled in college, but was expelled after smoking in a dormitory and skipping classes.

He later said he did not regret leaving college because music was his passion. He began releasing music professionally in 2021, including the seven-track EP Everything Dead in July and its deluxe edition in August.

Kyle Richh's November 2021 single "Beam" gained traction through TikTok posts. In 2022, he followed it with tracks including "41 Freestyle," "Misconceptions," "Spinnin 2," and "Breakin the Code."

He is a member of 41 alongside Jenn Carter and TaTa. Kyle Richh and Jenn Carter are childhood friends who met through their Nigerian-born parents and grew up together in Brownsville. Their mutual friend Dee Billz introduced them to TaTa in 2021, and the trio made its group debut with "41 Cypher" in January 2022.

"Notti Bop," released with Jenn Carter and TaTa in October 2022, reached number one on YouTube's trending chart before being removed because of its graphic content. The track helped lead to 41's deal with Republic Records. The group later released the EP 41 World: Not the Album in November 2023.

Kyle Richh's later releases include "Deuce," "Victim," and "Hazard Lights Freestyle." His August 2023 collaboration "Bent" with Jenn Carter, TaTa, and MCVertt became a viral hit and was certified gold by the RIAA.
