Early life

Ethan Reyes was born in Yonkers, New York, and later moved to Harlem. He began developing an interest in rap at the age of nine and became associated with the Sugar Hill-based OY's, or Original Youngins.

Reyes performed under the name Notti Osama. His music drew from hip-hop, trap, and New York drill.

Career

Notti Osama began releasing music professionally in 2022. He received widespread attention on March 27, 2022, through his appearance on Sugarhill Ddot's breakout single "Too Tact," which also featured DD Osama.

The single "Dead Opps," featuring DD Osama, was released posthumously on July 12, 2022. Other posthumous releases between 2022 and 2023 included "Evil Twins Pt. 2," "Killshot," "What You Wanna Do," "On Hots," "PSA," "Blame On Me," "Flock At The Flockas," "Don't Change," "Blast," and "Peter Pan."

Death

Reyes died on July 9, 2022, in Harlem after he was stabbed during an altercation at the 137th Street-City College subway station. He was transported to Mount Sinai St. Luke's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 14.

The charges connected with the stabbing were later dropped, and the attack was classified as self-defense.
