Laura Linney is an American actress known for playing Wendy Byrde in the Netflix crime drama series Ozark. She is also known for Oscar-nominated performances in You Can Count on Me, Kinsey, and The Savages, as well as award-winning work in television and theatre.

Personal life

Laura Linney married actor David Adkins in 1995, and they divorced in 2000. She married Marc Schauer in May 2009 after becoming engaged to him in 2007.

Linney and Schauer have one son, Bennett Armistead Schauer, who was born in January 2014, shortly before Linney's 50th birthday. Actor Liam Neeson walked Linney down the aisle at her wedding to Schauer.
