Diora Baird

Baird was married to actor Jonathan Togo from 2013 to 2016. They had one child together. In 2017, she stated in an interview with The Advocate that she identified as a lesbian after previously identifying as asexual. She was engaged to comedian Mav Viola later that year, though the relationship ended and she filed a restraining order against Viola in 2019.

She later married Ken Nelson, owner of the apparel label Kaiju017. In May 2025, she gave birth to her second child.

Baird grew up in Miami, Florida. She was a shy child. To help her overcome shyness, her mother enrolled her in acting classes, which sparked an interest in performing. In high school, she served as vice president of the Thespian Society.

She moved to Los Angeles at age 17 to pursue acting. Auditions were slow. She supported herself through odd jobs, working as a preschool teacher, caterer, waitress, Gap salesperson, and clown at children's birthday parties. Her breakthrough came through modeling. After signing with Elite Model Management, she landed a Guess? campaign and appeared on the cover of the August 2005 issue of Playboy.

Baird made an early television appearance on The Drew Carey Show in 2004. Her breakout film role came the following year in Wedding Crashers. Roles followed quickly. In 2006, she appeared in five films, including the horror prequel The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning and the comedy Accepted.

In the following years, Baird worked in both studio films and genre productions. She took roles in My Best Friend's Girl, Stan Helsing, and 30 Days of Night: Dark Days, while shooting a scene for the 2009 film Star Trek that was deleted. On television, she made guest appearances on Two and a Half Men, Psych, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, alongside recurring parts on Big Day, Shameless, and Cobra Kai.
