Family and background

Westling Conrad Wilson was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, by his parents, Bruce and Elizabeth Wilson. His father worked as a history teacher before becoming a cattle rancher, while his mother works as an OB-GYN physician. He grew up alongside a younger brother, Henry, known as Boone.

Wilson attended Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, where he served as athletic student body president and senior class representative while participating in student council and track relay events. After completing high school in 2013, he moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University.

College football at Montana State

Wilson attended Montana State University from 2014 through 2017, where he studied business marketing and competed for the Montana State Bobcats football team as a defensive back and safety wearing jersey number 29.

During his collegiate career, Wilson served as a core contributor on special teams and as a reserve safety. He earned Defensive Scout of the Week and Special Teams Scout of the Week honors during his freshman year, and in his 2016 campaign, he recorded an interception against Western Oregon after returning from a severe offseason injury. He completed his degree in business marketing in 2017.

Sports media and Summer House

Following college, Wilson entered the media industry, working as a production assistant for Major League Baseball and later holding a project manager role at Mediaplanet. In August 2019, he joined Bleacher Report as a social producer, earning a promotion to video producer in 2020. He later transitioned to Complex Networks as a sports social and editorial producer.

Wilson entered reality television after meeting Summer House cast member Lindsay Hubbard in New York City. He was introduced to the cast and officially joined the series for its eighth season alongside newcomer Jesse Solomon. Wilson appeared on the show across Seasons 8, 9, and 10, sharing storylines involving his close friendship with Solomon, his past romance with co-star Ciara Miller, and his subsequent relationship with co-star Amanda Batula.
