Jesse Solomon
Jesse Solomon joined Bravo's Summer House in season eight. Before entering reality television, he worked in finance and investor relations. He later left finance to pursue music full-time as a recording artist and songwriter.
Family background and health advocacy
Solomon was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Joel Solomon and Sheryl Cohen Solomon. He grew up alongside three siblings.
He is a two-time testicular cancer survivor. The anxiety surrounding his routine medical screenings became a storyline during his first summer in the Hamptons. Following his treatment, he became a volunteer mentor for Imerman Angels, a non-profit organisation that provides free one-on-one support for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.
Finance career and move to music
Solomon attended the University of Miami, where he studied vocal jazz performance and earned a degree in music business. After graduating, he took a job in the New York mailroom at the talent agency William Morris Endeavor.
He eventually transitioned into finance. From 2023 to 2024, Solomon served as vice president at Chicago Atlantic Group, helping commercial businesses secure alternative lending and capital.
Music remained his focus. During the eighth season of Summer House, he performed an original song titled "What Would Jesse Solomon Do?" The track gained traction online. He left his finance job shortly after, signed with the Creative Arts Agency music division, and released singles including "Into My Own" and "Back Pocket".
Summer House and television appearances
Solomon made his first on-screen appearances in early 2024 on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. He joined the cast of Bravo's Summer House for its eighth season that same year, entering the share house alongside close friend West Wilson.
His storylines on the series centred on his dating life, including a relationship with Lexi Wood and a friendship with Ciara Miller. He continued as a regular housemate in subsequent seasons.
