Solomon was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Joel Solomon and Sheryl Cohen Solomon. He grew up alongside three siblings.

Solomon made his first on-screen appearances in early 2024 on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. He joined the cast of Bravo's Summer House for its eighth season that same year, entering the share house alongside close friend West Wilson.
