Tom Felton

Tom Felton was in a relationship with stunt assistant Jade Olivia Gordon from 2008 until early 2016. Gordon played Astoria Greengrass, Draco Malfoy's wife, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2.

Felton was raised Anglican and later identified as agnostic. He has no children.

Felton began acting at the age of eight after an actress friend of his family recognised his theatrical qualities. After auditioning with more than 400 other children, he secured an international commercial campaign and travelled abroad for the work. His first feature-film role was Peagreen Clock in The Borrowers (1997), followed by roles in Second Sight and Anna and the King (1999), in which he appeared opposite Jodie Foster.

Felton had not read the Harry Potter books when he auditioned and initially read for Harry Potter and Ron Weasley before being cast as Draco Malfoy. He played Draco in all eight films, from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) through Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 (2011). His performances in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 earned consecutive MTV Movie Awards for Best Villain in 2010 and 2011.

After the Harry Potter films, Felton played Dodge Landon in Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) and appeared in From the Rough and The Apparition. He portrayed James Ashford in the period drama Belle (2013), Viscount Trencavel in the miniseries Labyrinth, and a murder suspect in TNT's Murder in the First.

Felton later played Julian Albert and Doctor Alchemy in the third season of The Flash. His subsequent screen work included Feed, Stratton and Megan Leavey in 2017, Logan Maine in the science-fiction series Origin (2018), Laertes in Ophelia (2018), and the Grand Guignol in A Babysitter's Guide to Monster Hunting (2020). He also appeared in The Forgotten Battle, Save the Cinema, Some Other Woman, Altered and the television series Gandhi.

Felton sang in church and school choirs during childhood and was offered a place in the Guildford Cathedral Choir. He released music under the name Feltbeats, including the songs "Silhouettes in Sunsets" and "Time Isn't Healing", and issued the album In Good Hands. In 2010, he helped launch Six String Productions, a recording company focused on developing young musical artists.

He made his West End theatre debut in 2:22 A Ghost Story in 2022. That year he published the memoir Beyond the Wand: The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard, which reached number one on The New York Times Best Seller list. He also appeared as himself in the reunion special Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts.
