Olivia Ponton

Ponton lived in the Hype House for approximately three months in 2020. She publicly came out as bisexual in a 2021 interview with Teen Vogue and said JoJo Siwa inspired her to speak openly about her sexuality. In 2022, she announced that she is pansexual.

Ponton dated Canadian soccer player Kaila Novak in 2021, and their relationship ended a few months after the announcement. She had also dated Kio Cyr in 2020, with that relationship ending later the same year.

While attending Naples High School, Ponton participated in cheerleading and track and field. During her senior-year spring break, she traveled to New York City and signed with Wilhelmina Models. After graduating in 2020, she later joined IMG Models.

Her modeling work has included campaigns for Coach New York, SKIMS, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Love Shack Fancy, Ralph Lauren, Victoria's Secret PINK, Tommy Hilfiger, and Maybelline. She has also worked on the REEF x Olivia Ponton and American Eagle x Olivia Ponton Pride design collections.

Ponton appeared in the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue after being photographed in Montenegro, and returned for the 2023 edition following a shoot in Dominica. She served as the red carpet host for the 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and was invited to sit front row at the 2024 Vogue World fashion show in Paris. Variety included her in its 2023 Power of Young Hollywood Impact Report.

Ponton began posting workout videos to TikTok during the COVID-19 pandemic after graduating from high school. Her online presence also includes modeling, lifestyle, travel, dance, lip-syncing, and comedy videos. She spent time traveling throughout Europe in 2019 and began posting to Instagram in 2016.

Her digital work expanded into audio with Booked & Busy, a literature-focused podcast whose first episode was released in 2025. She has also appeared as herself on Bestie Picks Bae and Heidi Klum's Halloween Party.

Ponton works with Pride Live and the Stonewall Inn on LGBTQIA+ initiatives. She appeared with MAC Cosmetics in the 2025 NYC Pride Parade and has used her public platform to discuss mental health, self-love, empowerment, and LGBTQIA+ visibility.

Her environmental advocacy includes partnerships with 4Ocean and Coral Gardeners, reflecting her interest in sustainability and ocean conservation. As an actress, she has been credited in the music video for Karin Ann's “I Don't Believe in God” and made a cameo appearance in the 2024 film It Ends with Us.
