Mike O'Hearn

Mike O'Hearn was married to wrestler Midajah, and they later divorced. He has also been identified as the husband of Mona Muresan and the father of their son, Titan.

O'Hearn has eight siblings and grew up in Washington state. He began lifting weights at nine years old, while his early athletic interests also included football, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and martial arts.

O'Hearn began competing in bodybuilding at 14 and won the Teenage Washington State bodybuilding competition at 15. He has been associated with the Natural Mr. America, Natural Mr. World, Natural Mr. International, and Natural Mr. Universe titles. His 1997 INBA Natural Mr. Universe victory is recorded in competition results, and he has described himself as a lifelong natural athlete who has never used anabolic steroids. That claim has been debated because of the physique he developed.

He also competed in powerlifting and won the 110-kilogram category at the 1993 ADFPA California State Championships. His lifts there were a 295-kilogram squat, a 205-kilogram bench press, and a 320-kilogram deadlift, for an 820-kilogram total. In martial arts, he won the California Judo championship twice and was inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame in 2014.

O'Hearn has promoted a training approach called Power Bodybuilding, which combines heavy, low-repetition powerlifting movements with bodybuilding exercises intended to improve muscular shape and symmetry.

O'Hearn appeared as the gladiator Thor on the original American Gladiators and returned as Titan for the show's 2008 revival. He is the only athlete to have appeared in both versions. From 1999 to 2001, he played Michael O'Dell on Battle Dome, where he competed in kickboxing and takedown events.

His acting credits include appearances on Days of Our Lives, Knight Rider, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Workaholics. He played Clark Kent and Superman in the fan film World's Finest, portrayed the Hulk in Epic Rap Battles of History, and played Rip Pierce in Divinity and Brad Vanderhorn in Magazine Dreams. He also appeared in a 2024 music video for Kesha's song “Joyride.”

In 2011, O'Hearn entered the Guinness Book of World Records for running through 22 consecutive panes of glass. The record was later broken.

O'Hearn has been named Fitness Model of the Year seven times and has appeared on more than 400 magazine covers, with some accounts placing the total above 500. He has written fitness columns, provided training advice, hosted The Mike O'Hearn Show, and offered coaching and training services.

He previously partnered with BPI Sports on a supplement line and has operated a clothing line through his website. His training content and fitness presence grew across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and TikTok.

In 2023, a video of O'Hearn set to Haddaway's “What Is Love,” commonly circulated as the “Baby Don’t Hurt Me” meme, went viral on TikTok and Instagram. The trend introduced his image to a wider online audience and became one of his most recognizable appearances outside bodybuilding and television.
