Kevin AMF began experimenting with music and writing lyrics while growing up in Culiacán. He shared music clips online while still in school, using audience reactions to develop his sound and build an early fanbase.

Soccer and music were among his main interests during his youth. His artistic direction was shaped by regional Mexican music, corridos, urban Latin styles, and other contemporary sounds.

Kevin AMF began releasing music professionally in 2023, when he was 15. Rather than launching through a traditional record-label introduction, he used TikTok and Instagram to share music clips and attract listeners directly. His debut single, "Porte Fresón," became a viral hit and accumulated more than 14.8 million Spotify streams.

His online momentum led to further releases and collaborations. In 2024, he released "Jálale alv" with Spanish rapper Bb Trickz, and "Pocos Años Mil Errores" with Jaque Mate and Carlos Manjarrez. He also released Richland, his debut full-length album, during 2024.

His catalog includes "Porte Fresón," "Se Mira Cabron," "Amor De Moda," "Cayó El Fin," "Punta Cana," "Dembow Fresón," and "Rich Kid." These songs helped establish the "El Fresón" identity associated with his music and visual style.

Kevin AMF's music draws from corridos tumbados, regional Mexican, dembow, reggaeton, and trap. His releases also include "Blair," "Chico Fino," and "Mercedes Cuadrada," which appeared among his notable 2024 tracks.

Kevin AMF expanded his music career through short-form video and social media. His TikTok account, @kevin._amf, has attracted more than 6 million followers, while his Instagram account has more than 1.9 million followers. He uses these platforms to share music clips, photos, videos, and updates.

He launched his self-titled YouTube channel on January 4, 2023. The channel has gained more than 725,000 subscribers and more than 271 million views, making it another significant part of his digital presence.
