Shay Sullivan

Sullivan married digital creator Casey Johnson on July 14, 2026, at Castello Di Celsa, a 13th-century villa near Siena, Italy. The wedding was intimate. The ceremony included 47 close friends and family members, with Sullivan wearing a Kim Kassas gown and doing her own bridal makeup.

Johnson proposed in May 2025 on the beach in Montauk, New York. He had originally prepared a proposal in Nashville before changing locations at the last minute.

She has a son, Rome, born on March 24, 2021. Sullivan grew up in Tennessee with her parents, James and Tonya Sullivan, and has one sister named Mallory.

Sullivan developed her game in Tennessee junior golf. She prepped at DeKalb County High School, where she earned third-team All-Midstate honors and placed fourth at the 2008 TSSAA Class A-AA State Tournament.

At Belmont University, she joined the women's golf team while studying management. She ranked second on the squad in scoring average as a freshman in 2009-10 with a 79.9 mark across 19 rounds. Her collegiate best was third place. She hit that mark twice, first at the Murray State Classic in 2011 and later at the Drake Creek Invitational in 2012.

A hand injury sidelined her during the 2011-12 season, leading to a redshirt year and Academic All-Conference recognition. She returned to play all 11 tournaments in 2012-13, posting a season scoring average of 79.8.

Sullivan trained as a licensed cosmetologist before expanding into full-time digital media. She built her platform through hair styling tutorials, cosmetic routines, and lifestyle vlogs, working with brands such as Amika.

She also took on screen roles. Sullivan appeared in the 2015 production The Dangle and followed it with Everyone in Between in 2016.
