Kacey Montoya is an American news anchor and actress known for weather forecasting on KTLA 5 and appearances in The Forever Purge, Ray Donovan and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. She is also the founder of the animal welfare nonprofit Fix'n Fidos.

Montoya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Northridge. She began her broadcast career at WOAY-TV in August 2004 as a reporter, anchor and producer, then worked as an anchor and reporter at KPSP-TV from 2005 to 2007.
