Craig Conover

Craig Conover grew up in Delaware as the elder of two sons of Craig Conover Sr., an entrepreneur, and Martha “Marty” Conover, a teacher. His brother is named Christopher.

Conover was in a relationship with Southern Charm cast member Naomie Olindo from 2014 to September 2017. He later dated Natalie Hegnauer from early 2020 to early 2021 and was in a relationship with Paige DeSorbo from October 2021 to December 2024.

Conover made his television debut as a main cast member on Bravo's Southern Charm, which premiered in 2014. He remained part of the show's main cast and became one of its central figures.

He joined Summer House as a guest cast member beginning with its fourth season. He also appeared as a main cast member on the Summer House spin-off Winter House during its first two seasons.

Conover studied at the College of Charleston and the Charleston School of Law. He passed the South Carolina Bar examination in April 2017 and was sworn in by the South Carolina Bar in February 2018. He founded the Craig Conover Law Firm in Charleston in 2021.

Conover began sewing in an eighth-grade home economics class and later turned the hobby into Sewing Down South, a sewing lifestyle brand founded in 2019. The company partnered with HSN, opened its first Charleston store on King Street, and later partnered with HomeGoods. Conover also collaborated with his Southern Charm co-star Patricia Altschul on a pillowcase collection.

Conover became a co-owner of Mesu, a Mexican and sushi fusion restaurant in Charleston, with Leva Bonaparte and Lamar Bonaparte. He later partnered with Austen Kroll, Chris Maier, Philip Testa and Jordan Andino as a co-owner of Carriage House in New York City. Conover and Kroll also partnered with Uptown Hospitality Group on the bar By the Way.

Conover and Kroll launched the Pillows and Beer podcast in 2021 and later toured together. Conover wrote the memoir Pillow Talk: What's Wrong with My Sewing?, published by Simon & Schuster in 2022.

Conover made his film acting debut as Officer Smith in the action thriller Reprisal, released in 2018. He also appeared as himself or as a guest on programs including Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, Daily Blast Live, Tamron Hall and Access Daily With Mario & Kit.

His television credits have centered on reality and talk programming, while Southern Charm, Summer House and Winter House form the main part of his on-screen career.
