Corey Feldman

Corey Scott Feldman began acting at the age of three in a McDonald's commercial. During his childhood, he appeared in more than 100 television commercials and about 50 television series, including The Bad News Bears, Mork & Mindy, Eight Is Enough, One Day at a Time, Madame's Place, and Cheers.

His early screen work also included Time After Time and the voice of Young Copper in Disney's The Fox and the Hound. He appeared in the 1981 children's television special How to Eat Like a Child and played Little Big Jim Malloy in the pilot for She's the Sheriff.

Feldman became a teen idol during the 1980s after appearing in a series of successful films. His credits included Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter and Gremlins in 1984, Friday the 13th: A New Beginning and The Goonies in 1985, and Stand by Me in 1986. In Stand by Me, he played Teddy Duchamp alongside River Phoenix, Wil Wheaton, and Jerry O'Connell.

In 1987, Feldman played Edgar Frog in The Lost Boys, the first film in which he appeared with Corey Haim. Feldman and Haim became known as the Two Coreys and later appeared together in License to Drive, Dream a Little Dream, and Dream a Little Dream 2. Feldman also voiced Donatello in the original live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film and reprised the role in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.

After struggling with drug addiction in the early 1990s, Feldman worked to rebuild his career through film, television, music, and independent projects. His later film credits included Bordello of Blood, Loaded Weapon 1, Maverick, The Birthday, Lost Boys: The Tribe, Lost Boys: The Thirst, and Corbin Nash. He directed the 1997 film Busted and served as a producer on several projects.

Feldman expanded into reality television with The Surreal Life and later executive produced and appeared with Corey Haim in the A&E series The Two Coreys, which ran from 2007 to 2008. He also appeared on Dancing on Ice, Celebrity Wife Swap, Marriage Boot Camp, The Masked Singer, and Dancing with the Stars. In 2018, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Young Entertainer Awards.

Feldman met Corey Haim at age 14 while filming The Lost Boys. Their professional partnership developed into a close friendship and a recognizable screen pairing known as the Two Coreys. They appeared together in a series of films, including The Lost Boys, License to Drive, Dream a Little Dream, and Dream a Little Dream 2.

Feldman and Haim reunited for The Two Coreys, a reality series that documented their lives and relationship. The show aired for two seasons, with production interrupted by tensions between the former friends. They reconciled off-camera before Haim died of pneumonia in 2010. Feldman later explored their friendship and shared experiences in the documentary My Truth: The Rape of 2 Coreys.

Feldman began releasing music with the album Love Left and later formed Corey Feldman's Truth Movement. The band released Still Searching for Soul and Technology Analogy, while Feldman's solo albums included Former Child Actor, Angelic 2 the Core, and Love Left 2: Arm Me with Love. He has also toured as a solo performer and with Truth Movement.

Feldman has identified Michael Jackson as a major influence on his dancing and musical style. In 2016, he promoted Angelic 2 the Core with a performance on the Today program alongside Corey's Angels, a musical group he created. He later performed at the Riot Fest music festival in Chicago in 2023.

Feldman has spoken publicly about child sexual abuse in the entertainment industry and has identified himself as a survivor. His 2013 memoir, Coreyography, discusses his childhood as an actor, addiction, his friendship with Corey Haim, and his experiences of abuse in Hollywood.

In 2017, Feldman launched a campaign to finance a film about abuse in the entertainment industry. He spoke in support of New York's Child Victims Act in 2018 and has advocated for extending the time available for survivors to pursue civil claims. He has also supported animal welfare and animal rights, followed a vegetarian diet since his youth, and worked with PETA and the Wildlife WayStation.

Feldman was married to actress Vanessa Marcil from 1989 to 1993. He married actress and model Susie Sprague in 2002, and their divorce became final in 2014. They have one son, Zen Scott Feldman.

Feldman married Courtney Anne Mitchell in 2016. Their separation was announced in 2023 amid Mitchell's continued health issues, and their divorce settlement was reached in 2025.
