Avery Woods

Avery Woods and her husband, David, have two children. She has discussed parenting, body confidence, and the way she talks with her children about kindness, beauty, and social media.

Her youngest daughter, Stevie, enjoys makeup. Woods has said that she and her family emphasize that makeup can be fun but is not necessary.

Woods began sharing her nursing-school experience on Instagram with study tips, scrub-fashion ideas, and nursing hairstyles. She later built an audience by sharing parts of her life beyond nursing, including motherhood, fashion, beauty, cooking, health, and fitness.

After nursing school, she worked for four years in the pediatric intensive care unit of a level one trauma hospital, including during the pandemic, while developing her social-media platform. She later left nursing to pursue social media full-time. She also works as an aesthetic nurse injector and frequently discusses filler and other cosmetic enhancements.

Woods became active on TikTok in March 2020. Her averyywoods account grew to more than two million followers, with additional audiences on Instagram and through her podcast.

Woods created and hosts Cheers!, a podcast associated with Alex Cooper's Unwell Network. She has described the podcast as a project she began without prior knowledge or experience.

One episode featured Raven and her wife, Miranda, whom Woods interviewed in her home. She has also used her platforms to discuss past struggles with body image and eating disorders, as well as her own plastic-surgery journey, including breast augmentation. Her content presents the procedures and recovery process openly for her audience.
