Alexis Fields

Alexis Fields married Kevin Jackson in either 2005 or 2006, with the marriage date given differently in published records. They have two children, Kaycie Jae Jackson and Kaden Charles Jackson. Fields filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court in 2022 and described the decision as mutual, while saying that she and Jackson remained cordial and continued raising their children together.

Fields is the daughter of actress Chip Fields and Erv Hurd, and the younger sister of actress Kim Fields. She is also the sister-in-law of actor Christopher Morgan.

Fields began her acting career in 1993. Her early television credits included Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, where she appeared as Kim, and Roc, where she played Sheila Hendricks in 22 episodes. Her performance on Roc drew positive attention from critics, including comments that she made a good impression as the new child character on the series.

In 1994, Fields joined The Secret World of Alex Mack as Nicole Wilson. She appeared in the series across multiple seasons, with credits listing between 24 and 51 episodes. She also appeared on Sister, Sister, playing Diavian Johnson, and had roles in Me and the Boys and The Marshal.

Fields became associated with Nickelodeon's Kenan & Kel through her role as Sharla Morrison. She appeared in recurring episodes of the series from the late 1990s into the early 2000s, alongside the show's main cast, including Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell.

Her other television work during this period included Moesha, where she played Alicia and Lola Vavoom, as well as appearances on The Parent 'Hood, The Parkers, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. These sitcom and youth-oriented television roles formed the core of her work during the 1990s and early 2000s.

Fields played Monique Harris in House Party 4: Down to the Last Minute, a role identified as her first major film part. She later appeared as Stephanie in Jacked Up and Kimmy in Somebody Help Me. Her additional screen credits included What About Your Friends: Weekend Getaway, The Call, Walls, and Dead of Night.

After appearances in One on One, The Bernie Mac Show, and Love That Girl!, Fields played Claudine Walker in All That Matters. She returned to a continuing television role in 2019 as Denise Patterson on All American, appearing in multiple episodes.

In 2007, Alexis Fields appeared on stage with her sister Kim Fields in the play Issues: We All Got 'Em. The production was performed at Memorial Auditorium at the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Fields has also been identified as an interior designer. Her public professional work therefore includes both screen acting and interior design.
