Steve Will Do It has been in a relationship with social media influencer and model Celina Smith since their teenage years. They met at Oviedo High School in Florida, and Smith has appeared in some of his videos.

Steve proposed to Smith in Dubai in December 2022. They have been engaged since then.

Steve Will Do It, whose real name is Stephen Rocco Deleonardis, first gained broad recognition through appearances with the Nelk Boys. The group became known for pranks, party-style content, and daring stunts, while Steve attracted attention for his willingness to attempt extreme challenges.

He launched his self-titled YouTube channel in 2019 with a video titled I AM TAKING OVER YOUTUBE!, which received more than one million views. His later videos included Attempting To Eat 30 Burgers, Eating the Largest Slice of Pizza, Attempting to Drink 12 Beers in 2 Minutes, and Eating Over 200 Snails in Paris.

His challenge content also included a video featuring him eating 4,500 milligrams of THC, which received more than 6.3 million views after its release in June 2019. Another popular upload, I Handcuffed Brad Martyn Then Ripped Darts in His Gym, surpassed 10 million views.

YouTube permanently banned Steve Will Do It's main channel on August 1, 2022, citing severe or repeated violations of its Community Guidelines. The platform did not identify the specific videos that led to the removal.

A separate channel called SteveWillDoIt Gmbling was also removed after YouTuber Coffeezilla published an investigation titled SteveWillDoIt's Dark Secret, ROOBET'S HOUSE OF CARDS EP. 1*. The investigation questioned the promotion of online betting platforms and the transparency of related sponsorships.

After losing his main YouTube channel, Steve continued posting and communicating with followers on platforms including Instagram and X. His public profile has also included appearances with creators and celebrities such as David Dobrik and 6IX9INE.
