Rollie Pollie has a son named David. She became pregnant at 14 and gave birth to him at 15. Her father died while she was pregnant with her son, and she has three sisters.

She has also discussed her identity as pansexual in an interview.

Rollie first appeared on seasons one and two of Zeus Network's dating competition series One Mo' Chance, where she received the nickname Rollie Pollie Snack Mealz. She formed a friendship with fellow Baddies South cast member Slim during the series.

Her profile grew after she joined the second season of Baddies, titled Baddies South. She appeared alongside JeLaminah Lanier and Natalie Nunn and later returned for Baddies West, Baddies East, Baddies Caribbean, Baddies Midwest, Baddies Africa, Baddies USA: Chapter One, and Baddies USA: Chapter Two.

Her appearances often centered on conflicts with other cast members, including Anne Moore, Jela, Natalie Nunn, Stunna Girl, DJ Sky High Baby, Biggie, Scarface, Tommie Lee, Diamond, Slim, Russian Kream, Elsie K, and Daisy. She also served as a judge for several Baddies auditions, including Baddies West, Baddies East, Baddies Midwest, Baddies Gone Wild, and Baddies Africa.

Rollie created the Zeus series Transforming Rollie, which chronicled her weight-loss surgery journey. She appeared on Raquel Santiago's podcast Baddy Lyfe in 2022 and had previously been featured on Rocky's podcast of the same name.

She worked as a stripper before becoming known as a reality star. She debuted the song "Shug Avery" in 2021 and later released "Step." Her rap name is Gia Mayham.

In 2017, Rollie appeared on The Jerry Springer Show. During the appearance, she covered herself with fettuccine pasta and Alfredo sauce.
