Nupur Sanon
Nupur Sanon is an Indian actress and singer known for appearing opposite Akshay Kumar in the music videos "Filhall" and "Filhaal 2: Mohabbat". She later played Sara in Tiger Nageswara Rao and Pihu Chaupala in the television series Pop Kaun?.
Personal life
Nupur Sanon is the younger sister of actress Kriti Sanon. Her parents are Rahul Sanon and Geeta Sanon.
She has been married to singer Stebin Ben since 10 January 2026. Their wedding in Udaipur included Christian and Hindu ceremonies.
Music videos and singing
Sanon is a trained singer who first gained broad attention through the music video for B Praak's song "Filhall" in 2019. She appeared opposite Akshay Kumar, and later reunited with him for "Filhaal 2: Mohabbat" in 2021.
She has also performed with Twin Strings on tracks including "Channa Mereya," "Dilwale" and "Saiyaan." Her cover of Arijit Singh's "Channa Mereya" was among the songs associated with her early music work.
Acting roles
Sanon made her television acting debut in the 2023 comedy-drama series Pop Kaun?, in which she played Pihu Chaupala. The series featured Kunal Kemmu, Saurabh Shukla, Johny Lever, Ashwini Kalsekar, Chunky Pandey, Satish Kaushik and Rajpal Naurang Yadav.
She made her Telugu film debut as Sara in Tiger Nageswara Rao (2023), starring alongside Ravi Teja and Anupam Kher. She also plays Hiba in Noorani Chehra, a film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Education and move to Mumbai
Sanon graduated in commerce from Kirori Mal College at the University of Delhi. She later moved from Delhi to Mumbai to pursue acting, following the professional path of her elder sister Kriti Sanon.
Before entering the entertainment industry, she worked as a management trainee at Delhi Duty Free. She speaks Hindi, English and German.
