Megan Everett

Megan Everett has been married to actor Stellan Skarsgård since January 12, 2009. They have two sons, Ossian, born in April 2009, and Kolbjörn, born in August 2012.

She is also stepmother to Stellan's six older children from his marriage to My Skarsgård: Alexander, Gustaf, Sam, Bill, Eija and Valter Skarsgård. Megan has supported the family's entertainment work, including attending a screening of Valter's series Börje and celebrating Bill and Ossian's appearance together in Burn All My Letters.

Everett's screen credits include the film German Autumn, the 2022 film What Remains and the television series Fisher of Souls. She was a co-writer of What Remains, while Behind the Scenes: The Filming of Bye is credited as a producing project. What Remains stars Stellan Skarsgård and Gustaf Skarsgård.

She is also a published children's author in Sweden. Her first book, Utslängd från zoo, translated as Kicked Out of the Zoo, was published in 2017 and illustrated by Maria Nilsson Thore. Their second collaboration, Ett super-duper-fantastiskt campingäventyr, translated as A Super-Duper-Awesome Camping Adventure, followed in 2018. Both books focus on a little girl named Emma and her Aunt Meg, whose adventures were inspired by Everett encouraging her niece to try activities that Everett had wanted to experience as a child.
