Kayla Quick

Kayla Quick has been dating Michael Strahan since 2015. The couple has kept their relationship private and has made relatively few public appearances together, including appearances backstage at the Broadway musical Kinky Boots and at Strahan's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2023.

Quick has also participated in family occasions with Strahan. She attended the high school graduation of his twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia, and joined the family in celebrating their 20th birthday at Disneyland. Quick and Isabella also worked together on social-media campaigns for 100 Coconuts, a coconut water business in which Strahan is an investor.

Quick is the co-founder and CEO of FIZZNESS, a wellness supplement company focused on beauty-based wellness products. The brand describes its approach as combining ingredients sourced from nature with scientific formulation to simplify personal wellness routines.

She has also developed a professional interest in wellness investing. Her studies include executive education in angel investing at Columbia Business School, and she has been identified as an angel investor in wellness brands including GORGIE and Poppy Seed Health. Quick has described wellness as maintaining balance across physical, mental and spiritual health.

Quick studied business administration at the University of Tampa, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in mass communication and media studies. She also attended the International Culinary Center and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

In 2016, Quick appeared as herself in one episode of the television series TMZ on TV. Her public profile has otherwise centered largely on entrepreneurship, wellness and occasional appearances alongside Strahan.
