Katya Elise Henry

Katya Elise Henry began dating basketball player Tyler Herro in early 2020 after they met on social media. They welcomed their daughter, Zya Elise Herro, on September 14, 2021, and their son, Harlem, was born on January 12, 2023.

Before her relationship with Herro, Henry dated singer Austin Mahone from 2015 to 2017. She also briefly dated professional basketball player Kyle Alexander Kuzma in 2018.

Henry was a cheerleader during high school and later changed direction after deciding that the sport's emphasis on cardiovascular exercise was not helping her develop the physique she wanted. Her mother, personal trainer Tawnya Lynn Nelson, taught her about weight training, nutrition, and workout planning.

Henry began sharing photographs of her fitness progress online. The response encouraged her to train friends and family, pursue personal training, and eventually work as an online trainer. Before gaining attention on social media, she worked as a full-time nanny.

Henry built her audience through workout videos, modeling photographs, lifestyle content, recipes, and shopping tips. She created the Workouts by Katya website and the eight-week THICC Challenge, and she operates WBK Fit, an online store offering workout videos, apparel, swimwear, and supplements.

Her fitness content has included a four-day weekly training routine focused on glutes, legs, abdominal exercises, and upper-body workouts. She has also endorsed brands including EHPlabs, BrighterWhite, Teami Tea Blends, and DreamLab & Co. Henry has followed a vegan diet since 2016 and created the Kiss My Peach Swimwear line.
