Her mother, Maria Ulacia, has appeared in several of her videos, and Jenny has created content with her brothers. She has particularly appeared with her brother Lucas, including in a makeup video and a brother tag video.

Jenny Popach launched her YouTube channel on February 24, 2017, and published her first video on January 23, 2018. Her early uploads focused on makeup tutorials, try-on hauls, and challenges. Her first YouTube video was titled My First Official Time In New York, while I went Zara shopping extreme haul became one of her most-viewed uploads.

In June 2020, Jenny Popach and Maria Ulacia became involved in a dispute connected to the Hype House. Members of the creator group accused them of entering a Hype House property and filming there without permission.

Jenny and Maria denied entering without authorization, saying that the property's caretaker had allowed them inside. The incident became one of the most discussed episodes associated with Jenny's early online career.
