Gio Helou

Gio Helou has been married to Tiffany Helou since 2020. They married in August 2020.

Their son, Theodore Georges Helou, was born in September 2023. Gio has discussed the pressures he felt while preparing for fatherhood on Selling the OC, including his desire to become a successful husband and father.

Gio joined the cast of Selling the OC when the Netflix reality series premiered in 2022. The show follows agents at The Oppenheim Group's Newport Beach office, including co-star Alexandra Jarvis. Gio has appeared in 32 episodes of the series.

The program presents him as a confident and outspoken agent. During the third season, he became involved in disputes with Sean Palmieri and Kayla Cardona, criticizing their handling of real estate business and listings.

Gio also appeared in six episodes of Selling Sunset between 2023 and 2025. In 2025, he competed as Gio on the television series Battle Camp.

Gio began working in luxury real estate in 2016, after starting in the industry at age 28. He joined The Oppenheim Group in February 2021 and was one of the first agents recruited for its Orange County office. He works as a Senior Realtor Associate specializing in high-end properties in Newport Beach and other Southern California coastal communities.

His mother, Lisa Helou, is an established Orange County real estate agent who obtained her license in 1976. Gio and Lisa work together as Team Helou, combining their knowledge of Newport Beach and the surrounding market.

Before focusing on real estate sales, Gio worked in residential development and produced an award-winning documentary. He studied Marketing and Theatre Arts at Pepperdine University and also worked as a stage actor, touring England and Scotland. Outside work, he has an interest in fast cars and retro motorcycles.
