Vanderpump Rules

Cartwright first appeared on Vanderpump Rules as a guest during its fourth season and became a major recurring cast member by the sixth season. Her relationship with Jax Taylor became a prominent part of her reality television storyline.

In 2017, Cartwright and Jax Taylor headlined the spin-off Vanderpump Rules: Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky. The series followed the couple as Cartwright returned to her home state and Taylor encountered her family and Kentucky upbringing.

The Valley

Personal life

Cartwright married Jax Taylor on June 29, 2019. They have one son, Cruz Michael Cauchi, who was born in April 2021.

The couple separated in January 2024, and Cartwright filed for divorce in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences. During the separation, she said she was focusing on Cruz.

Other television and film work

Cartwright received a makeup artist credit for the 2018 film God Bless the Broken Road. She was also credited as a producer on Vanderpump Rules: Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky.

Before becoming known through reality television, she studied nursing at Eastern Kentucky University, participated in the school's cheerleading squad and worked as a waitress at Hooters.
